Palmetto Paver Seals

Palmetto Paver Seals was born from our clients having a need to protect and beautify their brick paver hardscapes. In the Hilton Head and Bluffton area pavers have become an extremely popular building material for driveways, pool decks, patios and other hardscapes. Brick pavers go perfectly with our coastal location and our beautiful architecture.

Anyone that has pavers knows with that amazing look comes some additional drawbacks that our sealing process can help address. Our paver cleaning and sealing process was designed to:

The Palmetto Paver Seals Process:

Our paver cleaning and sealing process has several steps.

Step One:

We start with a thorough cleaning using our surface cleaners and pressure washers. This removes all buildup and stains from the pavers themselves as well as removes the old sand and weed growth from the joints.

Step Two:

After we have the pavers fully cleaned we then put new sand into the paver joints. The sand once sealed hardens essentially locking the pavers in place and greatly reducing ant mounds and weed growth.

Step Three:

Now that we have the pavers prepped we begin to seal the pavers with two coats of sealer. The first coat floods the paver joints to ensure we get the locking effect in the paver joints. The second coat is used to really give the surface that rich and beautiful loo that will make you proud to have your pavers on display.

For driveways, the surface can be walked on 4 hours after application but no vehicles can drive across the surface until it clears for 48 hours. To ensure no accidents we use signs and caution tape at the entrance.

Each job is priced based off of square footage.
